01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing marlypartiesgraphics.com and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern all creative productions, cinematography bookings, and event planning consultations provided by Marly Graphics within the United Arab Emirates.
02. Creative Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed production contract:
- All raw footage, photography, and original design files remain the property of Marly Graphics.
- Clients are granted a personal or commercial usage license for the final delivered assets only.
- The “Marly Graphics” brand and website interface are protected by trademark and copyright laws.
03. Service Bookings & Payments
All digital bookings via our Shop are subject to availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been processed and a confirmation email has been issued from marlypartiesgraphics.com.
04. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass our digital security, scraping our portfolio archives without permission, or using our contact forms for unsolicited marketing (spam).
05. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
