REFUNDPOLICIES
01. General Principles
At Marly Graphics, our services are bespoke and tailored to each client’s specific vision. Due to the high level of preparation, resource allocation, and creative labor involved, we operate under a strict refund structure to ensure sustainable production.
02. Booking Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings to secure your production dates. This deposit covers administrative costs, site inspections, and the initial creative mood-boarding phase.
03. Cancellation Timeline
Refunds of the remaining balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit) are processed based on the following schedule:

| 14 – 29 Days Before | 50% of Balance Refundable |
| Less than 14 Days | 0% Refundable |
04. Digital Asset Delivery
Once raw footage or final edited graphic design files have been delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure your visual expectations are met.
05. Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather or UAE government-mandated event cancellations, Marly Graphics offers a 100% credit towards a rescheduled date within 12 months, rather than a direct cash refund.
